안녕하세요. 요즘 졸업 논문도 쓰고 있고, 비평문을 써야하는 과제들이 많아서 검색하다 좋은 자료가 있어서 공유해보려고합니다. 매번 영작문을 할 때 느끼는 거지만 아무래도 영어를 차근차근 배워오지도 않았고, 쓸 기회도 없었다 보니.. 한국어로는 어떻게 써야할지 알겠는데, 영어로 쓰려고 하니.. 표현들도 미숙한 것 같고, 너무 유아틱하게 쓴 느낌이 들더라구요. 그래서 오늘은 영어 서론에 쓸 수 있는 아카데믹academic 한 유용한 표현들을 몽땅 정리해봤습니다.

서론 순서 Outline

영어 논문을 쓸 때도 한국 논문이랑 순서가 비슷한데요, 요약부분 Abstract과 감사글Acknowledgements을 쓰고 나서 서론으로 들어갑니다. 보통 서론 부분의 순서는 다음과 같습니다.

내가 하는 연구가 필요한 배경과 연관지어 문제점을 씁니다. 또는 선행 연구와 연관지어서 선행연구의 트렌드를 설명하고, 이의 한계점과 이를 보완하기위한 내 연구의 목적과 방향을 쓸 수 있습니다.

유용한 표현:

예시)

Bullying is one of the most critical issues facing middle school education. Jane (2013), found that three in eight teenagers are subjected to bullying behavior and that it affects about fifteen million middle school students. Bullies who once cornered their victims on the playground are now tormenting them online (Blaire, 2009). social media have increasingly become vehicles to threaten, tease, and humiliate other students. However, to date, there has been little, if any, formal assessments of online bullying, referred to by many as “cyberbullying”. Incidents of cyberbullying can be just as hurtful as face to face bullying, yet are less likely to be detected or prevented by teachers and adults. 6. Organization of Study 연구 질문

논문의 목차를 챕터별로 간략하게 설명해야합니다.

유용한 표현들:
